1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only for damaged or defective products.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or a short video showing the issue.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

Delay in delivery due to courier
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Attach clear photos or a short video of the damaged or defective item.

Our support team will verify and approve the return request.

Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or provide the return address for shipping.
3. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (for prepaid orders) or to your bank account/UPI ID (for COD orders).
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled only before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
